We can refresh ourselves in cold or warm weather with foot baths. Here is a recipe that can be used with warm or cold water. Salt is grounding and clears the energy field. Baking soda has anti-fungal properties.
In a small tub that is big enough to hold both feet add the following ingredients:
1/2 c coarse sea salt
1/4 c baking soda
1 T honey
2 tsp liquid castille soap
3 drops of peppermint oil
Add either warm or cold water. Soak for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy.
